The retirement village has recently been expanded and upgraded. We have created a modern, new serviced unit wing, which features larger than normal apartments and studios, all with ensuites.
The new serviced unit wing also contains a modern dining room and lounge for the unit residents, as well as incorporating a new front entrance, reception and onsite car parking.
Several existing rest home rooms have been extensively refurbished, along with the kitchen, main dining room and activities lounge.

New unit wing Serviced Units
26 serviced units are offered by way of an Occupation Right Agreement. There is a choice of one bedroom apartments as well as single room studios.
Entry payments range from $120,000 to $140,000 for studios and $130,000 to $155,000 for apartments.
The units are located in a variety of settings, from peaceful inner courtyards, landscaped gardens and pathways, sunny northern facing aspects, plus units adjacent to the busy front entrance. All the new units have a separate ensuite and boast state of the art fire protection systems, double glazing, kitchenette, underfloor heating, fridges and microwaves. They have been designed to receive both digital and UHF Sky TV.

Studio Living It is a statutory requirement to provide intending residents with specific entry information prior to entry. Disclosure documents must also be given to your legal adviser prior to entering an agreement to occupy a unit. Copies are available free of charge.
Rest Home
Resthome room 52 beds are provided. All rooms have a separate ensuite. The new and refurbished rooms also enjoy a walk in shower.
